Terms of Use

End User License Agreement (EULA) · Effective date: June 30, 2026

By downloading or using the ApexForm app (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control. This license is subject to the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

ApexForm is a workout tracking and information tool; it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Progression suggestions and AI Coach outputs are statistical, rule-based estimates. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program. We are not responsible for any injury or health issue arising from your use of the App.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, not to reverse-engineer it, and not to violate the rights of other users. If you create an account, you are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, design and algorithms within it belong to ApexForm and are protected by copyright.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. About Apple

This agreement is between you and ApexForm only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and has the right to enforce its terms against you.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
